The family room was spacious, accommodating both a double and three singles, and offered excellent tea and coffee facilities. The host was flexible, permitting an early check-in and allowing a pet to stay. The location is convenient, with the metro station close by, providing easy access to Newcastle within 20 minutes and a supermarket just around the corner.

The stay was pleasant overall, especially with a spacious room that had a large smart TV. I appreciated the clean bathroom and easy access to local takeaways, making it convenient after a day out exploring nearby attractions like the Royal Quays Marina. While a strange smell in the room was a bit off-putting, the comfort of the bed and the overall cleanliness made it a decent experience.
